What happens when the trial ends?
After the 7 free Pro days, you need a Pro subscription at US$5 a month to keep using MatchMGT. There is no permanent free plan.
What exactly does the Pro plan include?
Pro unlocks unlimited contacts, AI chat analysis, WhatsApp summaries, AI conversation starters, local date ideas and priority support. You also get access to every future feature of the app.
How am I charged, and in what currency?
Pro costs US$5 per month, processed securely by Polar by card. Polar is the merchant of record: it handles taxes and shows you the amount in your local currency.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. The 7-day trial doesn’t ask for a card: sign up and get every Pro feature right away. A card is only required if you decide to continue with Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your profile and keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, with no extra fees or commitment.
Can I switch plans later?
Whenever you want. You start with the 7-day Pro trial and decide at the end whether to continue with Pro. If you cancel your subscription, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period; after that, your account is locked until you resubscribe, but you don’t lose your contacts.
